Lori Tuggle

Lisa joined the team in 2013 and serves as my Office Manager, Service Team Manager, lead trainer for new team members and our go-to person for office procedure, policy service or technology issues. She is invaluable and keeps our office operating smoothly! With many years of insurance and financial service experience and 30 years of customer service, she is here to help the community with their financial service and insurance needs. Lisa and her husband Willard, a native Bastropian, have 2 children; her son graduated from UT Austin and daughter graduated from Texas A&M. Over the years she has served as a board member and leader of PTA at all school levels. In her spare time, she and her family enjoy exploring our state parks with a goal of visiting all of them.

Yaritza (Yari) is a Multiple Line Representative and Assistant Office Manager, bringing 6 years of insurance experience and 12 years of customer service dedication. She can assist customers with auto, home, renters, life, health as well as commercial auto. Raised in Elgin and married for 12 years with 2 children, they moved to her husband’s family farm, which she describes being “on the outskirts of Bastrop with a touch of Smithville.” Since then, Yari has become a lover of farm animals, raising a variety of animals and having a special focus on her organic native garden and rose collection. She also enjoys volunteer service to our area communities and has an energetic, outgoing personality. Yari is bilingual and looks forward to working with our Bastrop County customers on all of their insurance needs.

Mindie is a Multiple Line Representative and has been in customer service since 2006, with a shift towards insurance in 2020. She joined the Lori Tuggle State Farm team in early 2022 and is the smiling face that greets customers when they walk in the office. She can assist with all service needs for our customers, including billing. She also works with customers for their life and health insurance needs, as well as our primary team member for Med Supplement questions and policies. Mindie is also our Claims contact, assisting customers through the claims process. She moved with her husband of 20 years and 8-year old son to Smithville from Fort Worth. They have 4 animals - two cats and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading and sporting events with her family.

As Social Media Coordinator since February 2022, Avery assists with marketing for the agency. She recently transitioned to a larger role, obtaining her P&C and Life/Health licenses. She will focus on personal lines auto, home, renters, personal articles, umbrella and life insurance, as well as be primary team member for our pet medical insurance product. Avery is a December 2021 graduate of Trinity University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Sports Management. Avery was also Team Captain and 2-time All-American for the Trinity University Volleyball team, leading them deep into the play-offs in 2019 and 2021. Avery leaves Trinity as only the 5th player in volleyball history to reach the milestone of 1500 kills and 1500 digs. In her leisure time, Avery still enjoys playing volleyball and plays weekly with her sand team. She also stays very busy with her pup, a bryndl Frenchie named Wheezie.

Danielle joined our team in April of 2023, having previous experience in both Real Estate and Hospitality. Having gained valuable insurance experience over the last year, she is an amazing asset to our team. She brings new ideas, exhibits endless energy and has a genuine enthusiasm to help people better protect themselves and their families. As a multi-line representative, Danielle is excited to assist you with all of your insurance needs and able to provide excellent service. Danielle is friendly, outgoing and enjoys working with our current customers, as well as meeting new people to our agency and community. Growing up and attending school in Bastrop, she is known by many and quite familiar with our county, so she is a great asset to the new people moving into our community. Danielle also loves to attend Chamber and community events and never meets a stranger! Outside of work, you’ll still catch Danielle taking the time to connect with the wonderful people of Bastrop County and will lend an ear to anyone that needs it. In addition to being a mom, she enjoys playing tennis and reading autobiographies. Danielle's insatiable thirst for knowledge means that she is always eager to learn more and develop new skills.

Natasha joined the team in April 2024, bringing two years of insurance experience. With a very diverse background ranging from customer satisfaction, hospitality, and animal service, she is always eager to provide excellent service and results for whoever she is representing. Natasha was raised on the North Side of Lake Travis and loves spending all her time outdoors. When outdoors, you can usually find her swimming or hiking with her two children, as well as hanging out with the animals located on the ranch in which she resides.
