Lisa joined the team in 2013 and serves as my Office Manager, Service Team Manager, Lead Trainer for new team members and our general Go-To person for office procedure, policy service or technology issues. She is invaluable and keeps our office operating smoothly! With many years of insurance and financial service experience and 35 years of customer service, she is here to help the community with their financial service and insurance needs. Lisa and her husband Willard, a native Bastropian, have 2 children; her son graduated from UT Austin and daughter graduated from Texas A&M. Over the years she has served as a board member and leader of PTA at all school levels. In her spare time, she and her family enjoy exploring our state parks with a goal of visiting all of them.

Mindie is a Multiple Line Representative and has been in customer service since 2006, with a shift towards insurance in 2020. She joined the Lori Tuggle State Farm team in early 2022 and is the smiling face that greets customers when they walk in the office. She can assist with all service needs for our customers, including billing. She also works with customers for their life and health insurance needs, as well as our primary team member for Med Supplement questions and policies. Mindie is also our Claims contact, assisting customers through the claims process. She moved with her husband of 20 years and 8-year old son to Smithville from Fort Worth. They have 4 animals - two cats and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading and sporting events with her family.

Danielle joined our team in April of 2023, having previous experience in both Real Estate and Hospitality. Having gained valuable insurance experience over the last two years, she is an amazing asset to our team. She brings new ideas, exhibits endless energy and has a genuine enthusiasm to help people better protect themselves and their families. As a multi-line representative, Danielle is excited to assist you with all of your insurance needs and especially loves when she can help an individual protect their family through life insurance. Danielle is friendly, outgoing and enjoys working with our current customers, as well as meeting new people to our agency and community. Growing up and attending school in Bastrop, she is known by many and quite familiar with our county, so she is a great asset to the new people moving into our community. Danielle also loves to attend Chamber and community events and never meets a stranger! Outside of work, you’ll still catch Danielle taking the time to connect with the wonderful people of Bastrop County and will lend an ear to anyone that needs it. In addition to being a mom, she enjoys playing tennis and reading autobiographies. Danielle's insatiable thirst for knowledge means that she is always eager to learn more and develop new skills.

Avery Tuggle

As Social Media Coordinator since February 2022, Avery assists with marketing for the agency. Transitioning to a larger role, she obtained her P&C and Life/Health licenses and now handles commercial and business lines, as well as personal lines auto, home, renters, personal articles, umbrella and life insurance. She is also the primary team member for our pet medical insurance product. Avery is a December 2021 graduate of Trinity University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Sports Management. Avery was also Team Captain and 2-time All-American for the Trinity University Volleyball team, leading them deep into the play-offs in 2019 and 2021. Avery leaves Trinity as only the 5th player in volleyball history to reach the milestone of 1500 kills and 1500 digs. In her leisure time, Avery still enjoys playing volleyball and plays weekly with her sand team. She also stays very busy with her pup, a bryndl Frenchie named Wheezie.

With a very diverse background ranging from customer satisfaction to hospitality and even animal service, she is always eager to provide excellent service and results for whoever she is representing. Natasha was raised on the North Side of Lake Travis and loves spending all her time outdoors. When outdoors, you can usually find her swimming or hiking with her two children, as well as hanging out with the animals located on her family ranch.

Joining the team in January 2026, Lee comes from a teaching and coaching background, having worked at BISD, Del Valle and Lockhart ISD. Lee retired from teaching and coaching in 2024 and became licensed to work in insurance and retirement planning. He has a heart for people and is looking forward to helping customers with retirement plans, protection of assets and saving for college. Lee and his wife of 35 years, Cassandra, just bought a house in Bastrop and are excited about being part of this area's vibrant growth. They have four children and three grandchildren. The Hull family has been part of the Central Texas area for the past 26 years. Lee is an avid reader and golfer, and he and his wife enjoy travel and going "picking" for antique and vintage treasures. Lee is a sports fan and loves football, baseball and basketball and fishing. A graduate of Illinois State University, Lee has had many business opportunities in his lifetime. He owned baseball card stores and operated antique and vintage outlets. Lee is excited about the opportunity to join Lori Tuggle State Farm. He brings a wide range of business and financial experiences to the table where he hopes you will meet with him soon. Grace and her husband Steven have 5 children. The oldest 4 are college graduates, all living and working in Central Texas. Their youngest is a section leader of the CCHS Creek Sound Band, where they both are active members in the Band Boosters. Outside of work, Grace enjoys the quiet country life with her family, their cat Ender, & their Blue Heeler named Jack.

Julio joined our team in August 2026 and is a Multiple Lines Representative. Julio is bilingual and loves being able to help both English and Spanish-speaking members of our community. He has been in the insurance industry for about three years and enjoys getting to know people and the opportunity to help them with their insurance needs. Bastrop has been home to Julio for over 20 years, and he is a proud Bastrop High School graduate, Class of 2019! He continued his education at Austin Community College (ACC), earning a Business Certification and gaining valuable knowledge that has helped him grow both personally and professionally. When not at the office, you’ll usually find Julio spending time with his two dogs or enjoying anything that gets him outdoors.
